Sliding roof - motorized
The system is composed of a modular structure in aluminium profiles with large cross-section, including beams, wall fixing sections, gutters and support columns.
All components are produced to exclusive TENDER designs with accurately selected materials that are fully tested to ensure only the best functionality, reliability and duration.
- Versions - Normal profiles and with thermal break.
- Profiles - In extruded aluminium. Track beams in contoured profiles acting as supporting beams and as tracks for sliding panels. Special shaped fins lead any drops of water or condensation that might be formed in extreme weather conditions down to the gutter.
Wall fixing sections and front beams can be adjusted for roof slope.
Panel profiles have grooves for seals to ensure greater watertightness.
- Modularity - Roofs can be of unlimited width, as the modular system allows modules to be assembled in an infinite succession, with a maximum depth of 6 metres.
- Movement - Roof panels are moved by a ratiomotor controlled by electronic circuitry and an "open-close" button panel. The toothed drive belt is made in plastic with internal steel cables to ensure the greatest precision of movement.
The system is prearranged for the application of various automatic devices.
On request, panels can also be moved manually with a winder.
- Glazing - Roof panels can contain insulated and safety glass, polycarbonate sheets, sandwich panels in aluminium and polyurethane with thickness from 10
to 24 mm.
- Load capacity - This varies according to roof dimensions, and if necessary steel reinforcement cores can be inserted in every profile.
- Important features - Every movement unit controls two sliding modules. This exclusive TENDER
system permits maximum flexibility of use, as each pair of modules can be
opened and closed as desired independently of the other modules.
