Particularly robust structure composed of modular elements made from aluminium profiles with thermal break. Rounded forms and exclusive design offer attractive and original visual results with excellent surface finishes.
All components are produced to exclusive TENDER S.r.l. designs with accurately selected materials that are fully tested to ensure only the best functionality, reliability and duration.
- Applications - Conservatories, verandas, large doorways, bars, restaurants, hotels, shopping centres, etc.
- Insulation - The thermal break in profiles is composed of 24 mm polyamide bars.
Door panels are sealed with 4 magnetic gaskets for each joint, without interruptions over hinges. The top and bottom tracks and side vertical profiles form a closed frame, and together with the panels have double compression gaskets.
- Dimensions - Made-to-measure door panels up to 1000 mm in width and 3000 mm in height. Closures of unlimited length can be constructed by composing groups of door panels that run on tracks, with special joints and gaskets at their meeting points.
- Running - The door panels run on two tracks, with runners on the top track and rollers on the bottom track. The entire weight of the folding doors is therefore supported by the floor, avoiding all flexing that could affect perfect movement.
Two different types of bottom track are available, one with a raised edge flap and one with a low sloping flap to eliminate obstacles.
- Folding - Easy, quick and silent. Panels can be closed to the left or right only, or on both sides for larger closures.
The closed panels occupy a space of about 10% of their total opened length.
- Adjustable - Both side uprights are composed of 2 profiles with adjustment points easily accessible from the exterior, making components easier to install and permitting compensation for possible variations due to temperature difference between summer and winter.
- Glazing - Insulated and security glass, panels, etc, with thickness up to 28 mm.
